COZY INN

Even though I live on site&use to be what I thought was one of they're better housekeeping worker,well not so much I'm approaching the one year mart,they've manged to make me feel uncomfortable and all these other reviews I've read on this place.....all true,true, needs to be shut down!!! Remodeling all they Wayyyyyy!! I'm going to give them my 2weeks stay outta the other drama& just LEAVE!!!!

I enjoy the atmosphere on the weekends especially! Crowded, people coming & going whether it's seeing friends in their room or doing some adult gambling fun haha #GreatVibe

Well got in jam money was a little tight talk to the owner worked it out got through the covid at the cozy in just fine

The upgraded rooms are nice. Has cleaned up the riff raft a lot owner is awesome

It wasd nice and clean. The staff were all very respectful and curious. They helped in every way possible and the atmosphere was whitey and calm, made for nice rest and relaxation. Id recommend everyone to check them out... they've made lots of changes for the better.

I only went to the lounge area to play video poker. Atmosphere consisted of only myself and a friend, no bartender/cashier. Tickets had to be cashed in at hotel front desk which was nearby. They were clearly renovating, beautiful new flooring gave the place a very clean feel, they were installing new vending machines in lobby also. Overall I was satisfied with all but the location but they are not to blame, it's just that area of town!! I will go back

I started renting my room back in October of 2019 as a monthly. Andy, the owner, went out of his way to make sure my room was perfection. He provided a microwave oven. Got me a nice RCA flat screen t. v . He's probably one of the nicest motel proprietors in the business. He genuinely cares about people. He even catered Thanksgiving dinner the first few years I've been here. He had to quit, I think, because the prices got to be ridiculously high when inflation became the name of the game. Given, he started out with the Cozy Inn, and, the Cajun Inn, but, has since acquired a couple of other motels, one in Dallas, Texas, and, one in Monroe, Louisiana. That makes four in all. A proprietor, like Andy, with his natural caring nature, speaks volumes about his establishments, and how he runs them. As for me, I came to Shreveport back in 2015, totaled my car, and have been living here ever since, having stayed at another motel for about five or so years. Andy provides a laundry room for us tennents, as well. The up keep on it must be astronomical, as Andy is continuously having to replace washers, and, dryers. How many motels do you know of that have that type of accommodations?

The best place to for comfort and rel relaxation so go check them out

I think this hole-in-the-wall is called the Ponderosa either way I had a great time and there was some very nice handsome gentleman and some classy ladies there.
